Therapeutic Foods:
You may find yourself soothed by foods rich in organic sources of sodium, or by seasoning your meals with sea salt. Something else to try is lemon juice mixed with water, especially upon rising, and taken 30 minutes before eating.
Also consider: Mustard greens, black radishes, apples and saffron, watercress, beets, parsley, artichokes, cherries, grapefruit, parsnips, endive, garlic, onions, chicory, carob, horseradish, kumquats, limes, quinces, dandelion greens, and burdock root

Radish and pineapple Black cherry concentrate mixed with liquid chlorophyll Carrot, beet, and cucumber Cucumber, radish, and green pepper
Foods and Beverages to Avoid:
Red meat, hot sauces, spicy, fried, fatty, and salty foods, sugar and sweets, alcohol, coffee, and all sources of caffeine
Specific Supplements:
Vitamin B3 - 1 mg. 1 x day NOTE: LIKE NIACINAMIDE, B3 WILL CAUSE YOU TO FLUSH ABOUT 2 MINUTES AFTER SWALLOWING. RELAX--THIS IS NORMAL.
Vitamin B6 - 300 mg. 1 x day
Vitamin B12 - IM 1000 mcg. 1 x week, from your physician or over-the-counter sublingual (under the tongue) tablets
Vitamin B-complex - 75 mg. or more
