Dietary Principles:

 

*  Low sugar, low cholesterol, low fat diet, using only unsaturated fats

 

*  Calorie percentages: 70% complex carbohydrates, (grains, potatoes, etc.)  12-15% protein, 15-18% fat

 

*  Restrict sodium

 

*  Vegetarian cleansing diet or short fasts

 

Therapeutic Foods:

 

Vegetables, nuts, salmon, herring, mackerel, sardines, walnuts, seed oils, flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil, black currant oil

 

Foods that contain estrogen-like sterols: Animal products, apples, cherries, olives, plums, carrots, yams, nightshade family, peanuts, soy products, coconut, brown rice, barley, oats, and wheat

 

Foods rich in Zinc and Vitamin E: Squash seeds, almonds, sesame seeds, tahini, kelp, raw pumpkin seeds (25 seeds 4 x a day), sunflower seeds,

anise, tangerines, cherries, figs, lychee, mangoes, and seaweeds, and

high fiber foods

 

Recommended Fresh Juices: (Try each one until you find a juice that benefits you.)

 

Carrot and spinach

Carrot, beet, and cucumber

Carrot, asparagus, and lettuce

Lemon juice in warm water

 

Foods and Beverages to Avoid:

 

Coffee, all drinks containing caffeine, alcohol, saturated fats, strong spices, dairy products, fatty and fried foods

 

Specific Supplements:

 

Zinc - 60 mg. 1 x  day

 

Copper

 

Flax oil - 2 Tbsp. a day

 

Glycine  - 200 mg. a day

 

Glutamic acid - 200 mg. a day

 

Aalanine - 200 mg. a day

 

Selenium  - 100 mcg. a day

 

Vitamin E - 800-1200 I.U. a day
