Nutrition for Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy Nutrition
Dietary Principles:
* Low sugar, low cholesterol, low fat diet, using only unsaturated fats
* Calorie percentages: 70% complex carbohydrates, (grains, potatoes, etc.) 12-15% protein, 15-18% fat
* Restrict sodium
