Dietary Principles:
Acute cases:

Sesame seeds, kale, millet, celery, barley, okra, almonds, collards, turnip greens, raw goat milk, pineapples, papayas

Foods to Avoid:
Dairy products, potatoes, or any food to which you have an intolerance
Specific Supplements:
Bromelin - 500 mg. 3 x day, on an empty stomach
Vitamin B12 - 1,000 mcg. 1 x day IM (intramuscular injections given by your physician) or sublingual (tablets that dissolve under the tongue) for 1 week
Vitamin C and bioflavonoids - 3 grams a day
Omega-3 fatty acids - 500 mg. 3 x day |
