Dietary Principles:

 

Acute cases:

 

*  Increase fluids.

*  Go on a brief fruit or vegetable juice fast.

 

Chronic cases:

 

*   Elimination/rotation diet,

*   Rotation diet

*   Rotation diet expanded

 

Therapeutic Foods:

 

Sesame seeds, kale, millet, celery, barley, okra, almonds, collards, turnip greens, raw goat milk, pineapples, papayas

 

Recommended Fresh Juices: (Try each one until you find a juice that benefits you.)

 

Carrot, radish, and watercress

Carrot, beet, and cucumber

Carrot and spinach

Black mission figs, raw goat milk

Black cherry

Green kale

Celery and parsley

 

Foods to Avoid:

 

Dairy products, potatoes, or any food to which you have an intolerance

 

Specific Supplements:

 

Bromelin - 500 mg. 3 x day, on an empty stomach

 

Vitamin B12 - 1,000 mcg. 1 x day IM (intramuscular injections given by your physician)  or           sublingual (tablets that dissolve under the tongue) for 1 week

 

Vitamin C and bioflavonoids - 3 grams a day

 

Omega-3 fatty acids - 500 mg. 3 x day
