Dietary Principles:

 

*  Elimination/rotation diet, rotation diet, rotation diet expanded

 

*  Recommended calorie percentages: 40% complex carbohydrates, 40%       protein, 30% fat

 

*  Maintain a high fiber diet.

 

Therapeutic Foods:

 

Foods rich in Zinc, Vitamins C and B-complex, garlic, onions, meat, and beans

 

Recommended Fresh Juices: (Try each one until you find a juice that benefits you.)

 

Carrot and spinach

Carrot, beet, and cucumber

Carrot and celery

Celery and sour apple

 

Foods, Beverages, and Behaviors to Avoid:

 

Avoid anything that seems to cause a food intolerance, as well as sugar, refined or processed foods, sweets and candies, coffee and caffeine-containing drinks, and stress.

 

Specific Supplements:

 

Vitamin A - 50,000 I.U. 1 x day

 

Vitamin C -  6-8 grams a day in divided doses

 

Zinc - 30-60 mg. a day

 

Pantothenic acid - 500 mg. a day
