Nutrition for Frozen Shoulders Therapeutic Foods:
Celery, pineapple, foods rich in Vitamin A: (carrots and yellow vegetables), olives, rye, lima beans, rice bran, bananas, sprouts, watercress, and apples
Foods to Avoid:
Avoid red meats, spices, yams, and eggplant.

Specific Supplements:
Bromelain - 1000 mg. 3 x day, between meals
Vitamin C - 3-5 grams a day
Vitamin E - 1200 I.U. a day (Start at 200 I.U. and build up to 1,200 I.U. over a 6 week period.)
Flaxseed oil - 2 Tbsps. a day
Calcium and Magnesium - At least 1,000 mg. of calcium per day (Take with magnesium, in a 2:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium.)
Ribes nigrum - 10 drops in 4 ozs. of water, 3 x day
