Nutrition for Gall Bladder Stones Dietary Principles:

Any food that may produce an intolerance; also nuts, hot sauces, spicy, fried, fatty, salty, refined, processed and high protein foods, vinegars, cow's milk and other dairy products, white bread, sugar and sweets, mucous-forming foods: tofu, meat, ice cream, shellfish, coffee, beverages containing caffeine, and alcohol
