Therapeutic Foods and Vitamins:

 

Oatmeal, raw egg yolks, foods rich in iron and phosphorus,   crab, shrimp, lobster, mussels, dates, ocean fish, kelp, dulse, other seaweeds, scallions, lamb, black beans, kidney beans, yams, lycium fruit, eggs, chicken, beef, pigeon, lamb, oysters, peanuts, walnuts, wheat germ, Brewer's yeast, Folic acid, and B-Complex

 

Fresh Juices:  (Try each one until you find a juice that benefits you.)

 

Celery juice with one tsp. wheat germ and 1 tsp. dulse

Oatstraw juice or tea

Carrot and spinach

Spinach

 

Foods to Avoid:

 

Grapefruit and lemon juice, beer, cabbage, celery, broccoli and radishes

 

Specific Supplements:

 

Calcium - 1000 mg. a day

 

Magnesium - 500 mg. a day

 

Chelated Zinc - 25 mg. a day

 

Chelated Copper - 10 mg. a day

 

Vitamin B6 - 100 mg. 2 x day
