It's important to pay close attention to the foods you eat in order to identify a specific food intolerance. Please read our Introduction for the rotation diet. That's right! One particular food could be causing all your problems. Also, because of our "circadian rhythm," (our bodies' 24 hour cycle of highs and lows,) it's best to eat the majority of your calories before mid-afternoon. This means eating heavy meals in the morning and early afternoon, and shifting to a light fare of fruits and vegetables later in the day. Please refer to the page on Genetic Eating Principles. The point here is to identify the cause of your indigestion, not just mask your symptoms with antacids.
