Nutrition for Panic Attacks * Eat foods that are served warm; preferably steamed or baked.
Therapeutic Foods and Beverages:
Eat lots of fish, chicken, lamb, scallions, sesame seeds, baked tofu, soybeans, walnuts, eggs, lentils, black beans, lotus seeds, yellow vegetables, mulberries, apples, peaches, pears, soy sprouts, chrysanthemum flowers, ginger, a little wine, and cinnamon bark tea.
Foods to Avoid:
Avoid cold, raw, or spicy foods, and excessive alcohol.
Fresh Juices:
Carrot and spinach Carrot, beet, and cucumber Carrot, celery, parsley, and spinach
Specific Supplements:
Vitamin B-complex - 75 mg. or more
Calcium/magnesium formula - Use a 2:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium.
Kidney protomophgen - Can be purchased at health food stores; follow directions on bottle.
8 oz. of distilled water - 3 x day for 4 weeks, then switch to mineral water.
Beta carotene - 25,000 I.U. a day |
