Nutrition for Parkinson's Disease Therapeutic Foods:

Celery, carrot, prune Prune and rice polishings Black cherry and egg yolk Carrot, celery, spinach, and parsley Carrot and spinach Carrot, celery, and parsley Carrot, beet, and cucumber Veal joint broth
Specific Remedy:
Raw goat's milk and 1 tsp. sesame, sunflower or almond butter, 1 tsp. honey and a sliver of avocado
Foods and Practices to Avoid:
Cooking in aluminum pots; meat, hot sauces, spicy, fried, fatty, salty, refined or processed foods; cow's milk and other dairy products, white bread, sugar and sweets, coffee, teas and colas containing caffeine, and alcohol
Specific Supplements:
Magnesium - 50 to 200 mg. a day
Vitamin B6 - 10 to 100 mg. a day
Vitamin C - 3 grams a day
Leucine - 3 grams a day
L-methionine - 1 to 5 grams a day
Octacosanol - 300 mcg. 3 x day
Omega-6 fatty acids - Take as directed.
D-phenylelanine - 1 to 250 mg. a day
Calcium - 600 mg. a day
L-tyrosine - 100 mg./kg. a day
