Dietary Principles:

Black sesame seeds, black beans, celery, oyster shells, pearl barley, adzuki beans, black jujube, yams, lotus seeds, chestnuts, grapes, beets, carrots, artichokes, lemons, parsnips, dandelion greens, watercress, burdock root, and chrysanthemum flowers and tea

 

Foods to Avoid:

 

Stimulating foods, hot, spicy, or rich foods; coffee, teas and colas containing caffeine, and alcohol

 

Specific Supplements:

 

Vitamin A - 25,000 I.U. a day

 

Calcium and Vitamin D - 1,000 mg. a day

 

Magnesium - 500 mg. a day

 

Zinc - 30 mg. a day
