Therapeutic Foods:

 

Egg yolks, kale, celery, fish, raw goat's milk, veal joint broth, cod roe, rice polishings, Brewer's yeast, nutritional yeast, sesame seeds, honey, and tahini

 

Fresh Juices: (Try each one until you find a juice that benefits you.)

 

Carrot

Celery, carrot, prune

Prune and rice polishings

Black cherry and egg yolk

Carrot, celery, spinach, and parsley

Carrot, beet, and cucumber

Celery juice mixed with honey

 

Specific Remedies:

 

Mix raw goat's milk with 1 tsp. sesame, sunflower or almond butter, 1 tsp. honey and a sliver of avocado.

 

Foods to Avoid:

 

Meat, hot sauces, spicy, fried, fatty, salty, processed or refined foods; cow's milk or other dairy products, catarrh-forming foods: tofu, ice cream; sugar and sweets, coffee, teas and colas containing caffeine, and alcohol

 

Specific Supplements:

 

Magnesium - 500 mg. a day

 

Vitamin B-complex, especially, B6 and B12 - 150 mg. a day

 

Vitamin B5 - 500 mg. a day

 

Manganese - Take as directed.
